Privacy Policy

Cafe QR collects only the information needed to take and fulfil your order: table number, cart items, and — if you choose to log in — your email or phone number for order updates and rewards.

Payments. UPI payments are processed by your bank/UPI app. We verify payments by matching transaction details (amount, UTR) received via the cafe's secure bank email inbox (IMAP). We never see your UPI PIN or card details.

WhatsApp & Email. Transactional messages (order status, magic links) are sent only with your consent and only for orders you place. You can opt out at any time.

AI Assistant. Messages you send to the in-app assistant are used solely to answer your question using the cafe's menu. They are not used to train third-party models.

Data retention. Order and reward data is retained for operational and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting the cafe.
